The extended season, all-weather boat. This traditional downeast-style cabin boat has everything you need to stay safe for an enjoyable cruise about the coast of Maine. From near total protection from the elements inside the enclosed cabin, and excellent panoramic visibility, our cabin model is great for everyday use.
Ideal for an individual, a couple, or the whole family, the cabin boat can accommodate up to 8 adults. Seating includes two fore-and-aft facing seats, a stern bench seat, and an optional step. Inside all seats you’ll find ample storage for all of your wet and dry gear. In addition to sleeping accommodations for two adults, the compact V-berth has ample storage and space for a head. The cabin windows are custom built with outstanding quality and made to withstand time and use. A standard set of windows includes an opening center window and two slide-open side windows. All front windows are equipped with wipers.
Our cabin model is offered with various options to fit your individual needs and preferences. A standard cabin boat comes with a canvas (stamoid) back enclosure, which can easily be removed to turn the cabin and deck into one open space. For a more protected and enclosed feel, a hard fiberglass back enclosure with a door can be built into the boat. To create a more private V-berth, add a teak companionway door and hatch. A step on either side of the boat offers ease of entry, as well as providing storage for fenders or other gear.
